JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa

Nehemiah was our first impression at the checkin he made me and my wife feel important on our first trip to this property. It was our anniversary and I couldn't be happier with the room he gave us. Also set up a private boat tour for us. Very nice , professional young man. Very refreshing. I would also like to acknowledge that all staff was great there. In recent travels that has not always been the case. So very happy with this place. I had to take time to write this review.

I loved the pool. I liked the easy walk from my room to the conference room facilities. I liked the parking garage, I felt my car was safe. I also liked the free water available, it helped in 100 plus degree weather. the customer service agents were super friendly.

The location, accommodations, breakfast and staff

It is enormously large facility with restaurants, Starbucks, excellent fitness, golf course and a few activities for children. The breakfast buffet was nice enough and room was clean and spacious. The hotel basically offers everything to make stay comfortable and fun. The location is easy access from Palm Desert and many shops are nearby. Our family really enjoyed staying.

Grand place. The resort felt like a resort. The hotel and the grounds were impressive. You can do as much as you want or as little, either way it's all there. My wife and wanted to get away and relax and we certainly did. While there we looked around at some of the other resorts that we were considering, but we are glad we made the choice to stay here. Seemed like a class above !
